To support our local performing arts community, Fourth Wall Photo Studio is opening both Studio A and Studio B for community theatre rehearsals, auditions, table reads, and related organization use during evening hours at a heavily discounted rate. These bookings are intended for theatre companies, performing arts groups, and similar organizations – not for individual personal use.
These booking times are available 7 days a week beginning at 6:00 p.m. and reserve the studio for the full evening block (6:00–11:00 p.m.).
These sessions are available at a discounted rate of $60 per night.
(daytime use is available at special request @ $20 per hour for all hours booked)
Both studios are available for theatre use, and you are welcome to reserve whichever studio best fits your scheduling needs. Your bookings do not need to remain in the same studio for every rehearsal – many groups alternate between Studio A and Studio B depending on availability.

Please note that the studio spaces are located upstairs on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator access.
Please note that this special rate and offer are reserved exclusively for community theatres and similar nonprofit or grassroots organizations using the space for rehearsals, auditions, or comparable activities. The studio is not available for political or religious activities or any adult-oriented usage.
(please note — the space is upstairs without elevator access — it’s an older building with stairs only)
The decision whether or not to allow a booking is totally at the discretion of Fourth Wall management, so please be as forthright and honest about your proposed usage when filling out the form below.
