Book a Headshot Session

Need a new headshot for your resume? For social media? For work? Maybe you are a Realtor with a 10-year-old headshot you need to update?

Headshot mini-sessions are available with Jason at $25 per session for a single outfit (payment is due ahead of the shoot). Each session will yield at least 6 edited, high-resolution images delivered to you electronically within 48 hours of the shoot. The session allows for one set of clothes and will be shot on a grey backdrop. If you want to change clothes for different looks, the cost is $25 per change. There is a private changing area and a z-rack to hang clothes. These sessions are quick and easy – you will be in and out in 10 minutes or less.

Family/group sessions are available at $75 per 30-minute session.

On-location (your location) headshot sessions are available at $35 per person a 5-person minimum. This is great for getting updated headshots for everyone in your office! For this I will need space to set up lights and a backdrop.

Clothing

* Choose solid colors as these photograph best and won’t distract from your face.
* Wear well-fitting clothing that flatters your shape. Watch out for wrinkles!
* Avoid busy patterns and logos. Dark tones offer a classic, professional look; vibrant colors can help your personality pop.
* Avoid dark grey though as this is the backdrop color.

Hair

* Make sure your hair is clean, styled, and neat.
* Tame frizz and flyaways with light styling products as needed.
* Men – make sure you shave the way you want to appear in the photos – pay attention!

Makeup

* Keep it natural and subtle. Use matte finishes and avoid heavy powders.
* Less is more—aim to enhance, not mask.
* One of the main goals with makeup is to prevent oily shine on your face.
* Men – don’t be afraid to ask someone you trust to see if a light powder might help.

General Tips

* Get plenty of rest the night before to avoid under-eye circles.
* Stay hydrated and moisturize for healthy-looking skin.
* I will put you in some basic poses though so don’t worry yourself here too much!
* On the day of the shoot: relax, breathe, and smile!

The cost is $25 per clothing change. Six headshots will be delivered per change.
This helps me determine how to crop them. Actor headshots are a closer crop, whereas corporate/LinkedIn headshots will be cropped wider.
